What we Need?
We are seeking a Director of AI & Technology Readiness to lead our organization's efforts in integrating artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure our AI initiatives align with our business goals and are executed efficiently.

What You Bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and technology readiness assessments
• At least 10 years of prior Management Consulting experience within a Technical/Digital Analytics or AI Readiness/Data Analytics role
• At least 15 years of Prior Technology and Digital and AI experience with at least 5-10 years in a BD/Client Partnership position (with competitive KPI's/Sales Metrics and Growth/Revenue Targets)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and strategic mindset

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Develop and drive the AI strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Lead a team of AI professionals to execute projects effectively and efficiently
• Drive and lead farming and Business Development efforts to build on and create new client accounts and relationships
• Prior experience directly selling large Enterprise digital transformation and technology enablement delivery client work to the CIO, CEO, and COO level.
• Assess and manage technology readiness, ensuring systems are scalable and secure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing processes
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI technology
• Provide guidance and expertise on AI best practices to stakeholders across the organization
